When a water leak is detected, the accompanying app will instantly notify you. We have added email and SMS notification services to doubly protect your home, ensuring you never miss a critical real-world flooding event. This water detector also integrates with IFTTT.

The hub and sensor come pre-paired, seamlessly connecting when the hub first establishes a WiFi connection. With a slim 1.8mm profile, the sensor can be discreetly placed in any hidden corner.

The detector offers three adjustable volume levels - high, medium, and low - allowing you to customize the alert to your preference through the app or hub. After the hub is triggered, you can quickly silence the alarm via the three buttons on the hub or app, with options to set the alarm to always ring, 10 minutes, 1 minute, or 30 seconds.

Featuring an IP66 waterproof housing, the sensor can withstand prolonged water immersion in high-humidity environments. We have adopted a reliable solution to ensure consistent, uninterrupted reporting without any missed alerts. You can connect multiple sensors throughout your home, safely placing them in areas like the kitchen, laundry room, and basement.

The water leak sensor utilizes water conductivity to detect leaks. When the two probes simultaneously touch water, a current loop forms, and the sensor relays the water immersion/leakage status to the hub, triggering an alarm.

If the hub does not sound an alarm after detecting water immersion, check whether the alarm switch for the sub-device is enabled in the app. When not enabled, only message push and logging are available.

If the water leak sensor frequently goes offline, consider the following: the device may be too far from the hub, the battery may be low or depleted, or the 915MHz signal may be disrupted by a metal surface.

If you encounter difficulty connecting the water leak sensor, first re-add the device according to the instructions. If the distance to the hub is too great, move the device closer and try again. Additionally, the hub's sub-device capacity may be reached.

The water leak sensor can trigger an alarm when the detected water level reaches a height of 2mm. By connecting the hub to WiFi, you can remotely monitor for water leaks in real-time through the mobile app, with a range of up to 100 meters (supporting 2.4GHz WiFi only).
