Welcome to 'Just Right'. The T9 thermostat, which works with Smart Room Sensors (sold separately), is designed to focus on the rooms you choose by setting a schedule or letting the sensors detect where people are. With its simple installation, the T9 is an ideal DIY project.

The T9 intuitively identifies your home's heating and cooling type, guiding you through a straightforward setup process, making it easy to install it yourself. You can control the T9 using the Honeywell Home app, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Microsoft Cortana, and more. Furthermore, the T9 integrates with utility programs across the US to provide you with even greater savings.

The T9 is ENERGY STAR CERTIFIED, allowing you to monitor your energy usage through the Monthly Energy Report and adapt your schedule to your lifestyle for even more savings. To further maximize your savings, you can check with your energy provider about available energy savings rebates, and eligible customers can enroll in their local Utility's "DEMAND RESPONSE PROGRAM," which can reward you for allowing the utility to make minor adjustments to your AC or furnace temperature settings during periods of high energy demand.

The T9 offers Auto Home and Away mode, enabling you to adjust your thermostat from anywhere using your mobile device, or let your home automatically react to your schedule with geofencing. Additionally, you can add Smart Room Sensors (sold separately) to focus the temperature on multiple rooms, ensuring comfort where it matters most to you.

The T9 is compatible with forced air (gas, oil or electric), hot water and steam, and heat pumps with electric backup, but it does not work with electric baseboard heat (120-240V). A C-Wire is required for the T9 to function properly.

The setup process for the T9 is straightforward, as everything you need, including a power adapter, comes in the box. The thermostat intuitively identifies your home's heating and cooling type, making the installation process simple and user-friendly.

Before purchasing, it's important to check if the T9 thermostat is compatible with your home and determine if your home requires a C-wire power adapter. Additionally, the T9 is designed to work with most heat/cool oil furnace systems, but it will not work with heating-only oil furnace systems unless a C-Wire is present.
